Where are you Located:

  • Christian Supplies is located at 35B Chorlton Street, East Brisbane in Queensland, Australia. 

 

How can I contact you:

 

Do you have a Physical store that we can shop in:

  • Yes, we do!  You can either shop online at www.christiansupplies.com.au or you can shop in our retail store located at 35B Chorlton Street, East Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.  We are open from 9am to 5pm (AEST).

 

What are your opening hours:

  • We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (AEST).
  • We are closed Saturday & Sunday.

 

How long will it take to receive my order:

  • We aim to despatch all orders from our East Brisbane store within 24 business hours of ordering if the goods are in stock. 
  • Deliveries to Brisbane and other Australian East Coast capital cities can be expected withing 1-3 days of despatch.  Other Australian addresses can be expected in 5-10 days of despatch depending on the remoteness of your location.
  • Please select Express Post at checkout if you require your goods urgently.

 

The product I want to order is Out of Stock – Can I still order it:

  • Yes, you certainly can still order out of stock products. 
  • We do not keep all items in stock; however we are able to access most of our product range within 1-2 weeks. 
  • If items are temporarily out of stock, you can still order them, and we will contact you regarding the likely delivery time.

 

Do you ship overseas:

  • Yes, we do.  Our shipping calculator at checkout will provide you with the shipping cost to your required destination.

 

Do you provide trade/wholesale discounts:

  • Yes, we do!  If you are a business with an ABN that wishes to resell our products, or a Church Organisation with an ABN (such as a church or school), you may be eligible for a trade/wholesale discount.  Please email orders@christiansupplies.com.au for more details.

 

Do we still receive our trade/wholesale discount if we order online:

  • Yes, you do!  We must first set you up as a wholesale account, but once that is done, if you login to our website with your account details, the prices you see will reflect the appropriate discount.

 

What is your Returns Policy:

 

Do you have hard copies of your Catalogues:

  • No, we do not provide hard copies of our catalogues anymore, but all our products are shown on our website, where you can search by category, SKU or name of the product.

 

I can’t find the product I’m looking for!

  • If there is a product that you are looking for and you can’t find it on our website, please contact us as we may be able to source it for you.
