Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable if they are faulty or if they are substantially different to the product description and image.  Returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering may be available, but freight costs will not be reimbursed under these circumstances.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All products need to be returned to Christian Supplies within 30days of the invoice date and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

SHIPPING for returns?
If you wish to return your items because they are faulty, damaged or your received the incorrect item, please contact us by email (orders@christiansupplies.com.au) and we will either issue a full refund or organise to send replacement items.

If you wish to return your items because you changed your mind, or you ordered the wrong item, you will be liable for shipping on the original order and the return order.


CREDIT for returns?
If you have a valid return, we will refund you using whichever payment method you used to purchase the goods originally.

Instore return option?
You may return your goods instore.  Christian Supplies is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday at 35B Chorlton Street, East Brisbane   QLD  4001.

Packing materials?
Items must be in the orginal packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
